William Neill established Marks Tire Bargains Inc. in 1986. For over 30 years, the locally-owned business has served its surrounding communities with quality automotive service and parts. Today, owner Mark Joiner continues the tradition of quality automotive care and products. Mark has personally worked for Marks Tire Bargains Inc. for over 15 years and took over for Bill at the beginning of 2017. He plans to keep serving the Jefferson County areas for many years to come.
